My fellow digital consumer, I am very pleased that you are reading my blog and joining me on this journey of sharing with the world how we are now all a "Digital Consumer" and what this will bring to new thinking, new ideas, new ways of communications and engagement we will have between each other, with other people and in both our personal and professional lives.

I have been working in the information technology market for more than 20 years covering all areas from research & development to product development and marketing. In recent years, I have been pioneering all aspects of digital transformation, consumer experience & data insights, to enhance the digital consumer journey in both the online and physical worlds, enhancing the technology brands and their presence and evangalising and providing thought leadership on consumer centric strategies, experience & organisational setups.
